Weather: Mid 70's breezy

Comments:
Stopped a couple times, went to the bathroom, walked a little. Time to adjust the gameplan. The body isn't catching up at all. Missed thursday due to being sick. Longest I've ever run, which I'm very happy about. Need to go over my previous runs and change the paces up and adjust some distances!
