No run today because of the epic storm outside. Got late in the day and just decided to rest up for the race. Went through all the ITBS exercises and did some yoga that was in this month's RunnersWorld. Feeling better. Actually did run for about 80 seconds on a treadmill with my new shoes(Brooks T6 Racer) at Charm City Run. Girl there said I had a good gait. Shamrock 5k tomorrow....
