Comments:
Been on a lot of 4x8's that have done some pretty cool stuff but that was definitely the best... Very thorough warmup with the guys in the "warmup room", a lot of sprint d's and strides. I don't think we've ever been as iced over as we were before that race. Got out pretty well off the stagger, put me in the middle of the pack at the merge. Came through 200 in 28, and then made a move to the front to a 56 high 400. People started to drop off so just started working my way up and last 150 just kind of opened up for 1:56 high/1:57 low. Definitely good for first 800 in over two months
