Comments:
Looped in to downtown then to end of River RD. Ran 1 hard mile 4-5 on return first 1/2 2:58 overall 6:11... not sure why??? Felt fine... Ran back into town and up Baptist hill to Pequot then hard last mile 5:56 (from Kells downhill) Ran up drive at end. Felt very good windy and rainy
