Weather: torrential rain and wind
Comments:
Weather was awful but headed to the outdoor track anyways. Felt alright. Wind on the finishing stretch was awful and really slowed me down. Did three sets of 8x200 with 30sec rest in between intervals,and 3min in between sets. First set was 35's and 36, second was 37's with some 36 mixed in. Third set was all over the place, but average of 38, and last two were 36. Weather killed this workout. However, I was happy to hit these times because these were about the times I hit indoors two weeks ago.
