Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
2 sets of 500, 400, 300 in 75, 55, 41, 72, 56, 42. This was by far my best workout in a long long time. Felt really good through the whole workout except the last 300, which I was still able to pull out pretty decently. Was surprisingly comfortable at the faster paces, and had no problems with my hamstring. Made it a point to do longer and harder strides before the start of the workout, which helped a lot in not feeling flat on the first interval like I did on Wednesday. This is the type of workout that makes me confident that I can still pull out some fast times this season, and that I am getting past my injury, which is a good sign. I think I'm going to run real well at Wake Forest next weekend.
