I haven't written on runninglog in a while! oops.
Well, today felt...eh. I definitely haven't been drinking enough water, so today was good in the sense that it gave me a wake up call. But i did not feel good! haha. Especially the cool down, that wasn't fun, other than running with savannah, lila, and nick of course(: But today was hard, to say the least. Good though. Hard and good. I'm slowly regaining the focus that I want to have. I forgot my reason for running the past couple weeks so its nice to have that back. More than nice actually(:!
