Week 4 Long Run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Deluge rain and windy....simply awful

Comments:
So I knew that the weather was going to be awful, but this was insane. Apparently, if this were snow, it would have been 60 inches of snow....that's how much f'n rain we got. By the end of my run, my clothes were basically an extra 15 pounds I was carrying on me. It's Monday night and my shoes are still wet. Luckily I had about 5 other suckers that were marathon training and thus I had company. I felt okay during the run otherwise. Was very sore the next day though, probably due to the heavy, soaked pants I was wearing.
