Comments:
2 pretty solid intervals. My only gripe is that the 1st mile in each set was significantly faster. In the first 2 mile tempo I did this on purpose so I could survive the second one. The 2nd one I just fell off slightly. Even though I fell off a little, I worked on form. I think I did a good job focusing on breathing through my nose and I kept my arms pretty normal. This was what I perceived though; I haven't gotten any confirmation of this from anyone I ran the tempos with. Anyway, overall good workout.
