Had tempo 1000's today. Really tried to be controlled with them just kinda chilled at the front. Thats what I thought about mostly was just running relaxed. Pretty controlled for the first 3. On the last one Sly told me to pick it up the last 600 so I did. Hit 70 pace for the rest. Still real controled though. Thats what I thought about. Felt good. Good tempo run without really pushing into anerobia. 4x200 afterward. CoachL just said to stride those so I did just chilling at goal 800 pace for Wake. Felt easy to stride them which is a good sign. I really Miss the 800 group guys. Its a sad sad thing. Good tempo workout and striders.
