Weather: thankfully not raining during the workout
Comments:
On the outdoor track for 4x1000 at 75 pace. Except I have no endurance so it turned into a 1000 and 3 800's after I was dropping off the back pretty badly. No idea on my times for the first 2, but hit the last 2 8's in 2:30 and 2:24. Had to push real hard and kick to hit that last one. Shit that felt terrible. Also, my knee hurt a bunch again today.
