Comments:
Started fairly slow, at about 7 fifteen pace. Went out for twenty two minutes, then turned around. Gradually picked it up the whole way back. Was really flying the last mile or so, I bet the last half mile was about five minute pace. Really the first time I've felt like I was getting back into some semblance of shape.
