Comments:
Felt pretty labored throughout...probably cause I was going too fast, which I didn't think I was. 6:50-ish is a good clip and I need to reel it in slightly. Felt good at the end though...not exhausted. I'm very happy about where I'm at stamina wise right now. It also helped that there were lots of people out running tonight due to the nice weather. Should continue as spring is most definitely here.
