Comments:
wore a heart rate monitor and watch to try to keep it easy, but we all know how that always turns out... first mile was right around 6:00... came through about 5 miles in 30:00... paused and told myself to use the last couple miles as a cooldown, but still ended up at 43:0X for the entire run... really happy with the run and it's a good fitness checkpoint, but i've gotta be careful not to do this too often or i'm going to get myself into trouble again
