Comments:
400s. 3 at mile pace, 3 at 1200 pace, and 2 at 800 pace. Shin splint felt better for the most part. Slightly aggravated at the end of the run and the cooldown, but I iced it and did sock scrunches at home. I think it is on the road to being completely healed.
