Ok first off, at practice I said that I had 150 miles in march already, thats not right. I got mixed up, I only have 75. I will have 150 by the end of march.

Anyways, ran to blackcat overpass with Sora and Taylor. Ran 4 hills. Did cooldown. Done.

Good job Freshman/Sophomores' at the first meet, I wish I could have gone but I was dead by the end of practice today. I know you all did great!

I guess I'm going to try the 50 miles a week thing, whatever that is for.
