cross training

Had to leave right after school for Elizabeth's cali college touring trip, managed to squeeze in some quality elliptical time. last stress fracture all the cross training didn't seem to help much..discouraging. but i think that might have been because I was going to slow with too much resistance. this time im going to match my running stride (about 180 steps/min). Did some randomish intervals just to get my heart rate up.
