Comments:
finally cleared to run again got to keep it slow though for right now hamstring was tight untill i warmed up allot so just got to continue doing the stretches and muscle strengthers.


the warm up i did at the therpay place to get cleared.
ran 2 miles
did allot of hurdle half and halfs i'll count that as a half mile.
