Comments:
I feel like ive hit a low point in my training. Im in the end of closing out my summer training with my hardest week of mileage ever. My body feels beat up and bent out of shape. The good news is when I run I dont feel anything (injury wise) but my core workouts and lifting sessions have been awful. I feel more tired then usual but thats understandable considering the mileage. I cant wait untill Saturday. The whole team finally has to start practicing together which will make it easier for me to get up and go run knowing the whole team will be there. Im also excited for Saturday because thats the last day of my summer training schedule before what I feel is a well deserved day off Sunday.
