Weather: 70! 70!!!

Comments:
Spent the entire afternoon working alone in my classroom, then slipped out for a brisk VA loop. Every trail and the Georgetown waterfront were filled with people enjoying the spring weather. That helped at times to distract from my pathetic fatigue. I am convinced the fatigue in my legs and body are directly related to my weeks-long sleep deprivation. Sleep is now my #1 priority to aid my training for Cherry Blossom in three weeks. Lovely day, but struggling run today.
