Weather: Starting to get overcast and a little windy. Perfect temp!
Comments:
I ran a mile on the track in 7:15, then ran various XC course trails. Left knee didn't hurt until I stopped and it's hurting pretty good now!
Ran a half mile barefoot on the football field.
