Comments:
Felt like running again. I can tell I push myself harder on the treadmill than I do running on the streets. Tried the same workout I did this morning except went .25 miles farther. (Started at 8.1 mph and increased by .1 mph each .25 mi.)

7:12, 6:53, 6:35, 6:19, 1:32 (.25)

Also on pace to do 400 push ups today.
