First Run Back at Case

Weather: 80 Sunny

Comments:
Glaser up Cedar to Warrensville Center, turned left and continued on Warrensville Center, turned around after a a little bit and came the same way - I ran with Tenley and Andrea at a moderate pace. I felt pretty bad for the circumstances and had annoying cramps much of the run. When I returned, I discovered I was badly dehydrated.
