Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Oh my goodness, I did not know that quadracepts could feel so sore. Went for a light shakeout run through some trails I've been meaning to explore. The rest of my body felt fine and I actually got down to normal pace by the end of the run. Did hurdle work at the Duke Ellington Track afterward, first with the hurdles and then with the steeple barrier. Not a intimidating once I relaxed. Crunches later.
