  Comments: 
3x450, first one came through 400 in 54, second one in 57, then stiffened up on the third one and pulled out. really blew my load on the first one here, so after tanking on the second one, wasn't really able to jog around and stay loose before the third interval, so starting again tightened up the hamstring. Nothing serious though, hopefully shouldn't affect the meet this weekend.
