Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
goal: run a quarter mile farther than yesterday in one minute less. accomplished with 30 seconds to spare. kept fastest elliptical pace yet, finally getting at what would be training speed, if the estimate is accurate (it felt pretty accurate). wasn't tempo but solid effort. definitely negative splits - first 2 "miles" took 14:50 (7:25 pace) so i sped up a lot.
