Comments:
10 minute jog, then drills on the lawn of an office building here in scottsdale, AZ...wow i got some really quizzical looks from the executives when I karaoked along their front walk (I was desperate for grass because my shins are less than perfect). then I did my 10 200s along a sidewalk (palm tree to lightpost was an eye-balled 200 meters!) with the recovery as the 200 m in the other direction. I didn't bring a watch so I have no idea what the times were like but I chose a different thing to focus on for each one (high knees, swinging arms, etc). I did a 300 recovery after the 5th one. then 10 minute cooldown jog. Man workouts by myself are so lonely and sad. I miss yall!!!!
