Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran up Foxhall (shouldve planned this better, foxhall is one big hill), up nebraska to au for 12x200. Roughly 2.3 miles. Peter was finishing up his workout while i was doing drills, so he paced me for the first 2. Times ranged from 37-47, first 6 were faster than the last 6 (first one was 37, 2nd 39, then even out in the 40s, slower as the workout went on, 12th was 39) Took a 400 extended cooldown in the middle. Ran home down Foxhall (it took the same time running back home to run to Au...legs are very tired). Success! looking forward to a steady day tomorrow.
