finally fast for two weeks

got my mile warmup in then hurdle works with 6 100 meter hurdle runs guna count those as 20 secs. and then i did a 50 sec run and got about 350 in which i'm really happy with considering ive been sick and pulled my hamstring... time for fat daddys!!
