Comments:
I climbed a mountain. it was really steep (you had to crawl up it and like rockclimb and stuff for parts of it). And it took an hour to get to the top (1.2 miles). And I was sweating and hot and tired. So I've made the decision that this is a legitimate running log entry despite the fact that it didn't actually include running...

Climbing alongside (and ahead of) people on the mountain really put into perspective what good shape I'm in. So, props to all of our grueling workouts - as a result, Arizona natives were eatin' my dust! :)
