hard practice- really sore/tight

ok so today was a ton of different workouts. i warmed up, then i streched a little and then did a 400 time trial in 1:02. i used my new spikes. then i went inside and had a horrible foot cramp. then i did a 10 min tempo run, but it was really slow and a little painful cause i was so tight and cause of my foot. after i finished that, i did 4 200 repeats at about mile pace, but i did not hit my times until the last one.then i went in and didnt do the 5 min time trial that we were supposed to. my calf was especially sore. i did 8 min abs and then i was done. ice bath at 9:30 when i got home from pippin
