With Drew and Brett at the outdoor track. 2 mile warmup and then 12xlane 8 tempos 80-85 seconds. Pretty consistent. We definetly got in a groove and this felt easy. mile cooldown. 4 x 30-40-30. mile back to veale. Nice day.
