Comments:
felt kind of iffy all day and didn't eat much. I felt okay for the first set of 8 (mostly 46/47) then after the first four of the second set (41/42) I was feeling pretty bad so I switched to every other 200 and was able to run those at about 38/39. I wish I could have done the whole thing, but at least it was better than monday.
