Comments:
Around 20 minutes up with Brent, stretch, then into it.
First set: 35-36 with 30 seconds recovery
Second set: 31, 31, 32, 31, 32, 31, 32, 30 (60 seconds recovery)
Third Set: 29, 29, 28, 28, 28, 28, 28, 28 (60 seconds after the first 4, 75 seconds after the last ones. Wore spikes)
Didn't get too bad until about 5 to go. I was in a lactic acid shitstorm at the end, my left quad locked up bad on the cooldown (10 minutes) Just no turnover right now.
