bike workout

Exercise Type: Bike

Comments:
improvised workout that ended up a lot like a workout we did in winter...
pickups: level 6-8 at 100-115 rpms
recovery/steady: level 3-4 at 90-95 rpms
warmup then steady (but good pace) for 2 miles.
then 1 X 1 X 0.5 X 0.5 X 0.25 miles.
full recovery after each, except after second 0.5 mile pickup only 0.2 miles of recovery in order to finish in the 34 mins I set it to.
these are bike miles...so cut them in half?
I'm not sure how it translates, 800 X 800 X 400 X 400 X 200 maybe
not so hard looking back, although my quads were seriously burning during the workout so it felt hard. you feel like you will be sore as anything when you get off the bike, and everything is ridiculously stiff for a few minutes. but then you stretch and its all gone. as I write this 20 mins later I'm not sore at all.
