Hip flexor still very sore
still in rehab.
4 sets of 5x60m hills- strider pace
90 seconds recovery in between set
2 minute recovery after 60m hills
2 sets of 5x100m hills
50m striders then 50m pick up


loosened up my hip flexor but still painful.
