Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
(I have no idea how to do the interval timing things below so....sorry If I did it wrong )

I Ran from my house not feeling so great (shins hurt), and met up with katherine at around 9 at the Landon track.
The workout felt AWFUL as katherine said in her log. I have no clue why. I felt like I was working really really hard and pushing myself, yet all my times were above 4 minutes which made me upset with myself.
Tried to make up for not doing 5 or 6 intervals by adding in some speedy 200's which probably didn't do much but they made me feel a little better.
-Ran back home...well walked half way and then ran the rest....hahahaha my quads feel really bad.
-Did the normal crunch progression when I got home ( 40 seconds with 7 pushups in between)
