3x 3 sets. 2 (but more like 1:30) mins between intervals, 3:30 between sets. very stiff in the beginning but breathing was easy. didn't get better or worse as workout went on. crazy pick up on the last two...not appreciated, but meh. core. stretch. lane 2 lovin'
