Comments:
On Fast Bowl which was torn up pretty bad, especially by the end. 2 miles up, 12x800 @ 3:00ish with 30 seconds rest, then my stomach got to me on the cooldown. Pretty beat up from 3 workouts in the last 4 days, will probably just do 2 miles easy and stretch tomorrow.
