Comments:
A bit of a unorthodox workout today b/c changed midday. 2 mile warmup to track, .5 mile more to cemetery, 20 minutes of hill running in cemetery, .5 mile to track, 2x1mi. tempo w/ 1 minute break around Michigan Loop, 1 mile cooldown to Veale. Finally got off the schnide in terms of workouts. Pleased w/ my two tempo miles b/c they felt pretty easy.
