Weather: cool in the morning (40s with sun), a little warmer in the afternoon

Comments:
One of my best outdoor meets ever off of one workout and two dual meets

4x8- 1:58 low
Ran like a freshman, out ridiculously quick (55 low) and slowly died on the second lap with a pretty ugly last 100, but held on for the win. Felt absolutely awful afterwords, puked a lot and took like 20 minutes to make it back to the tent. Was not feeling very hopeful for DMR

Legs felt flat on the warmup and sprint d's, thought the race was gonna be awful, but worked out just in my favor getting the baton a step behind graves. Through in 62, didn't feel bad, then 2:08. He threw in a surge on the third lap and started to falter a little bit (3:17), but with 300 to go on the last lap started to close and last 200 was money
