well let's see:

warmup for 4x8 was okay but i couldn't completely shake off the cold and stiffness, which might have contributed to feeling god awful in the race. it was okay, but i had nothing to finish on. im not happy with it; i can do better.
cooldown was terrible, barfy. but a mini nap made it better.

warmup for 4x4 was feeling awesome... of course. and then ankle twisted on sprint dynamics. yet another season with an interruption, yay!!!!!!! fml.
