felt allright, didn't go to fast today, just ran to what my body said, my brething as wells as legs controlled the pace, didn't work to hard concntrated on putting miles but not at a set pace, towards the last 3 miles my legs began to hurt, prbably from pounding on the concrte..
work on form,,,, to day... felt my arms much better, leting it lose..... back was sored after wards...
