Weather: sunny and 70

i jogged along this really nice flat road for about 25 minutes, then turned around and headed back. On the way back, I incorporated 8 long striders into my run (and jogged a little bit in between them). It was surprisingly hard - I'm at 7000 feet, and people don't lie when they say altitude makes a difference! But I feel good.
Also, I went to a running store today (they're like candy stores, let's be serious) and they told me about a nearby track. It is used by several schools that are in session, so you can only use it before sunrise or after sunset...but I'm excited to try that sometime in the next couple of days :) repeat 300s, here i come!
