Weather: Cool nuce
Comments:
6 miles at the mountain with the girls. No pain. Kept a pretty even pace. I'm going to do what I can to build up for Vermont City and I'm going to gave to make a call in about 3 weeks. Haven't bought the plane ticket yet but I'm still confident that I can do this. Have a decent fitness base but only 6 weeks of real training to get ready. Wish me luck!
