Thus begins my week of awful running as the half marathon caused my Crohn's to flare up and put me through some awful stomach pain and crazy "unhealthy" pooping. All of my runs this week, I was terrified I was going to shit myself during the run. This run saw me go 1.6 miles before my stomach just dropped and I had to sweat it out as I walked all the way home, trying to hold it in. :(
