Weather: Nice running temp

Comments:
Did track workout with grandpa coaching me. Warm up was walk curves, jog straights for an 800 then walk curves, sprint straights. Then I just ran 2x1 mile at good pace but not race pace. On 2nd mile, last 100 I had to all out sprint. Then did 5 hills on cement ramp (jog down, sprint up)
