500s at LT pace or something. first real workout with new shoes.. i dunno if it was a change for the better, my knees hurt alot, i only ran 6 of the 8 intervals,

splits 1:28, 1:33, 1:37, 1:40, sat out, sat out, 1:41

i hope its not the shoes but im going to run the next workout in my old ones... martin told me to do leg lifts and work on form
