Comments:
Started out on an easy run then decided to kill it. Did the last 1.5 in just over 10. May have had something to do with the real runner type who dared pass me (I kept in contact and then blew past him on my sprint :-D). I'm in pain but satisfied. Legs felt like lead on the way back up to the apartment.
