brian link helped in this workout...it was 3x1200 with 4min rest and then 3x800 with 3 min rest all at 80 pace. was decently windy so was a bit off for some of them, but i think if it wasnt windy i would have been on. its nice that 80-82s feel like true race pace and not super fast.
